- PR No: LTC03293015191; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Door Access for the KC-135 aircraft. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. There is one approved source of supply, Hyatt Die Cast and Engineering Corp (CAGE 32455). The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 1560-01-004-8047; P/N 10-60031, AEQ = 3634 Base Year, 1112 per Option Year; and Maximum Qty = 4190 Base Year and 2224 each for all Option Years. Delivery: FOB Origin, 206 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about 05 Dec 03. The anticipated award date is 09 Feb 04. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
