- PR No: LTC03294015228 for NSN: 2835-01-349-0744 procuring an Compressor Axial, Gas Turbine. The approved source is Bendix Commerical Vehicle Systems CAGE code (06853) under Part Number 065374. The Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) is 56 each. Solicitation SP0480-04-R-0822 will include a term of a base year plus four option years. This is a Critical Application Item. Configuration Control Applies. This procurement will be issue as Unrestricted utlizing Other Than Full and Open Competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Quantity Variance is plus or minus 0%. The Government's required delivery schedule is 76 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO) for Stock. Surge and Sustainment is required. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government on the NSN.
