- Description
- In accordance with FAR Part 12, the Bureau of Census National Processing Center in Jeffersonville, Indiana, intends to award a commercial order to the Coronado Group for continued support of WIPS1/MTI software for FY04. The Census Bureau intends to award on a sole source basis per 41USC253, "Only One Responsible Source." The nominated vendor is the only licensed distributor for the requested software maintenance. The required technical support, maintenance, and software upgrades can not be purchased directly from the manufacturer and can not be purchased from any other vendor. The technical support and software upgrades are required to facilitate the processing requirements at the Census Bureau. Based on this, the Census Bureau believes no other offerors are currently available to fulfill the requirements of this order.
