- Description
- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations which would Provide all labor, materials, equipment, travel, parts and supervision for The Contractor shall provide management, supervision,and labor for the driving of government furnished vehicles primarily on VA Medical Center Campus with the potentially for off Campus driving. The off campus driving may require the driving of the following kinds of vehicles. A. Fifteen (15) passenger bus (Primary) B. Coach (Bus) equipped with wheelchair lift with a Gross vehicle Weight of over 32,000 Lbs. C. Straight truck with a Gross Vehicle Weight of over 32,000 Lbs. D. Semi tractor and trailer The services are to be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions listed herein and contained within this request for quotations at the VAMC, 5000 West National Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53295. This contract is effective for the period of December 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004, with four (4) one-year options. Contract type is firm-fixed price. This solicitation is a total 100% small business set-aide and offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. The NAICS code is 811219; size standard $6 Million applies. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about October 22,.
