- Original synopsis was posted to FedBizOpps on 27 NOV 02. The purpose of this synopsis amendment is as follows: Solicitation number F09603-03-R-30785 (and all amendments thereto) is cancelled in its entirety. A revised Insurance Policy solicitation number FA8504-03-R-30785 will be issued (see estimated posting dates below) which will supercede original solicitation number F09603-03-R-30785 (and all amendments thereto). At the time of award, only the new solicitation FA8504-03-R-30785 will apply. All information from the previous synopsis dated 27 Nov 02 still applies, including a DD2345(see original synopsis). Estimated date of posting solicitation to www.FedBizOpps.gov is 31 Oct 03, estimated response date is 01 Dec 03, and estimated award date is 30 Jan 04.
