Description

NA Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision neccesary to perform Maintenance and Repair of Family Housing Quarters at Fort Dix, New Jersey. The period of performance is twelve months from date of award with two one-year option periods. This is a Requirements contract. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 236118, 1521, $28,500,000.00. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Pursuant to Sectio n 8(a) of the Small Business Act, this is a competitive 8(a) procurement restricted to 8(a) contractors serviced only by the SBA New Jersey District Office. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Eligible 8(a) firms shall request a solicit ation package in writing. Requests may be mailed to the Department of the Army, Army Reserve Contracting Center, 5418 South Scott Plaza, Fort Dix, New Jersey, 08640-5097; faxed to Torrence Trappier 609-562-6933 or emailed to torrence.trappier@dix.army.mil . No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests sent via mail must contain a verifiable return address or they will not be opened. All requests should include the solicitation number, your company name and address, a point of contact, telephone numbe r, facsimile number, email address if available, Taxpayer Identification Number, Cage Code and DUNS number. A bid opening date has not been established at this time but will be annotated in the final released Invitation for Bid.
