- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is W912LD-04-T-0001 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effec t through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 Correction and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC)2003-0501. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System is 923110. The BID SCHEDULE shall be for CLIN 0001. FIRE OFFICER II IFSAC, NFPA 1021, and DoD compliant, course to include all required practical, taught on site at the RI Air National Guard Base, Quonset State Airport, North Kingstown, RI. Cour se of instruction to be provided to approximately 25 students, during the period of November - December 2003. Price to include instructor costs, per deim, all necessary instruction material, student books, IFSAC accreditation, lodging, travel, evaluation and proctor fees. CLIN 0002. FIRE INSPECTOR I and FIRE INSPECTOR II, IFSAC, NFPA 1031, and DoD compliant, course to include all required practical taught on site at the RI Air National Guard Base, Quonset State Airport, North Kingstown, RI. Cour se of instruction to be provided to approximately 25 students, during the period of November - December 2003. Price to include instructor costs, per deim, all necessary instruction material, student books, IFSAC accreditation, lodging, travel, evaluation and proctor fees. Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The Following addenda is provided to this provision: Request for Quotation should be submitted and shall contain the following information : Solicitation number; time specified for receipt of offers; name; address; telephone number; price, any discount terms and acknowledgement of all solicitation amendments. Quote shall contain all other documentation specified herein. Signed quotes must indicate unit price and total amount. Offerors that fail to furnish the required representations or information or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. Evaluation/Award: IAW FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Com mercial Items, the Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. All offeror s must be registered in the Central Contractor Register with the Federal Government.
