NA DESC: This solicitation is for a 3-year IDIQ contract for the following items: Ring Spacer, NSN: 5365-01-340-7413, P/N: 12591507; Stowage Stop, NSN: 1015-01-343-3351, P/N: 12591272; Machine Screw, NSN: 5305-01-340-7821, P/N: 12592838; Sleeve Bushing, NSN: 3120-01-342-6677, P/N: 12591453; Shouldered Stud, NSN: 5307-01-344-5612, P/N: 12592208; Key Locking Plate, NSN: 1015-01-341-2480, P/N: 12592772; Axis Special Pin, NSN: 1015-01-341-8599, P/N: 12591268; Detent Plunger, NSN: 1650-01-344-1069, P/N: 12591559; Muzzle Brake Key, NSN: 1015-01-346-1794, P/N: 12591264; Sleeve Spacer, NSN: 5365-01-341-7354, P/N: 12592629; Straight Pin, NSN: 5315-01-342-5091, P/N: 12592626; Hinge Block, NSN: 1015-01-343-3354, P/N: 12591347; and Cam Follower, NSN: 1015-01-343-3354, P/N : 12592631. FOB is Destination. For use on the M119 Howitzer. Estimated issue date is 10 November 2003. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments whic h may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provided via the internet. Vendors who need this TDP in order to prepare a bid or proposal are instructed to request same by submission of an email re quest to: tacom-ri-tdp@ria.army.mil. Any said requests should contain the following information; CAGE Code (if available), Company Name, Point of Contact (optional), Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, Telephone Number. A TDP will be provided by nor mal mail after the solicitation has been released to the internet.
