- NA This solicitation is 100 percent set-aside for 8(a) firms. USACECOM is anticipating issuing a Best Value Competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) with oral presentations from offerors. The RFP Number for this acquisition is W9128Z-04-R-0003 and provides for the acquisition of non-personal services for administrative, automation, logistics, warehousing, transportation, contract operation support services, and other support services. The NAICS code is 561110 and the small business size standard is annual sales of equal to or less than$6,000,000. The proposed contract type will be firm-fixed price, award term with reimbursable CLINs for travel and training. The period of performance includes a 24-month base period with six 12-month award term option periods. Anti cipated award date is 31 Dec 03.
