- RFP, SP0560-04-R-0029, Issue Date: November 04, 2003 Closing Date: November 19, 2003. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP), General & Industrial Directorate intends to issue a solicitation for NSN 4140-01-493-9664, Volute Assembly. This NSN is sole sourced to Keco Industries Inc. (94833). The total quantity is 77 each. DSCP does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN.
