FOB origin. Unrestricted with other than full and open competition. Total quantity is 96 each to New Cumberland, PA 17070(parcel post & freight)plus 100% quantity option. Delivery 180 DARO. Automated best value model-the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Issue Date 03 October 2003. Solicitation will not be available via the Gateway. This is a letter solicitation request due to the anticipation that an award will be made against a basic ordering agreement. Contact the POC for any inquiries regarding solicitation.
