- This is a pre-solicitation synopsis. The actual RFQ, with information and specifications will be available on the Gateway website (see instructions below) after November 7, 2003. Please note that all dates are estimated. Visit http://ct.dscp.dla.mil/Contracting/for helpful information including drawing requests--All contractors MUST be CCR registered and have a CAGE Code. (Call 1800-227-2423 or http://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil to register)-------See Notes #1,9 and 26. This acquistion is a 100% small business set-aside--BUY AMERICAN ACT applies----ITEMS: This is an acquistion for 4 separate Signal Flags, representing various letters, numbers and commands associated with International Code. All Flags are made of Cotton Bunting. All NSN's start with 8345. All Flags are mad in accordance with MIL-F-2692. NSN's and Quantities are 8345-00-227-1404 - 1,200, 8345-00-543-6914 - 500, 8345-00-350-5580 - 2,700 AND 8345-00-350-5584 - 1,400. Deliveries will be made to SNT - NEW CUMBERLAND PA. 90 days after date of award is made with one first article sample of each Flag due 45 days after date of award. Details for each Flag will be available with the solicitation. Availability of solicitations FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation or solicitation amendments------INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETRIEVING SOLICITATION-------Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurment Gateway (Gateway) at http://progate.daps.mil/home after November 7, 2003. From the Gateway homepage, select 'Search RFQ's from the left hand sidebar. Select Solicitation' and type the Solicitation number you wish to view (SP0100-04-Q-4016). Click search. You must be registered in order to download RFQ's. If you are not, you will be directed to register at time of download. In order to ensure e-mail notification of RFQ's, prospective vendors MUST go to the RFQ Information page and select DSCP Clothing & Textiles as the commodity center from which notices will be sent. The solicitations will be in a downloadable, printable format when viewed with an ADOBE Acrobat Reader.
