- 3120-01-107-4751, Rotary Actuator Bearing. This is a sole source item to Smith Aerospace (60029), P/N: 3151-103. See numbered notes 23 & 26. Unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin with Quality Assurance Provision (QB01). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 556 each. All 556 pieces are to be delivered to Tracy, CA. 100% option to increase quantity is included in the RFP. Solicitation issue date is November 12, 2003 with a closing date December 12, 2003.
