- PR: LTC03232014073 This solicitation will contain 1 NSN 1560-00-971-2703; Shroud Engine, P/N 128P10451-2. OEM Northrop Grumman Corp. Cage 26512 with one approved source Mercury Aircraft Inc. Cage 83034. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance Origin. Requested delivery 212 DARO. QAP 007. Tooling is required. Configuration Control and Critical Application Item apply. This solicitation is issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year and provisions for four, one year options. Base year Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 36 each, Maximum Contract Quantity is 100 each, Minimum Delivery Order Quantity is 8 each and the Maximum Delivery Order Quantity is 36 each. The final award decision may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
