Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA, Agricultural Research Service intends to award on a Sole Source basis the following requirements for On-line Database Services. For the following agencies, Agricultural Marketing Services (AMS); Cooperative State Research, Education and Extension Service (CSREES); Farm Services Agency (FAS); Forest Service (FS); National Finance Center (NFC); Office of Procurement & Property Management (OPPM); Rural Utilities Services (RUS). The sole sources award is intended to be awarded to Dun and Bradstreet, for the period starting November 1, 2003 through October 31, 2004.
