Description: The solicitation is for a base year plus 2 option years to provide an Employee Assistance Program for employees and their immediate family members who have mental, emotional, financial, legal, alcohol or substance abuse related problems. These services are required by law under 5 U.S.C. 7901 and 5 CFR 729. The solicitation will be issued on or about November 12, 2003. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
