Description

The National Institute of Diabetes, and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, National Institutes of Health, intends to negotiate a 90-day extension for the implementation of a phase-out transition period with the incumbent contractor, Eagle Design & Management, Inc., for the Support Services for Three National Information Clearinghouses, NIDDK, NIH, to coincide with the phase-in transition period for the successor contractor of the follow-on competitive negotiations for this NIDDK clearinghouses program. The phase-out period will be negotiated under the authority of the FAR Clause 52.237-3 Continuity of Services for the uninterrupted services of this program. The phase-out period will be from December 15, 2003 to March 14, 2004. Note 22.
