Description

DynCorp Local Purchase at Vance AFB, OK intends to award a sole source contract to ITD of Destin, Inc., P.O. Box 122, Destin, FL 32540 for equipment and subsequent installation of a lightning protection and transient voltage surge suppression system for ILS Localizer, Glideslope and VORTAX. All equipment and installation shall comply with NEC standards and be approved and listed per ANSI/IEEE C62.41UL1449, 2nd Edition. Military Standard MIL-STD-188-124A is mandatory for use by all Departments and Agencies of the Department of Defense. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified lightning protection/surge suppression system, they must respond to this notice before 4:00 p.m. (Central Time) on November 3, 2003. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with ITD of Destin, Inc. will be purusued. POC Jerry Cornwell, 580-213-7174.
