- Description
- The purpose of this modification is to correct a discrepancy in the solicitation. Specifically, Section C: Proposal Preparation Instructions, paragraphs 2a and 2b contradict each other regarding the inclusion or exclusion of resumes in the 30 page limitation. This serves to clarify that the resumes ARE NOT included in the 30 page limitation for the technical proposal. All other information in the original announcement remains unchanged.
