- There will be a site visit for this solicitation on the 31st of October at 0900, all interested parties meet at the front gate of McConnell AFB at above mentioned date and time. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format listed in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
