- NA Federal Supply Class (FSC) 6810, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 325199, Polybutadiene, Liquid, Hydroxyl-Terminated, IAW Material Specification WS 23148 D. Requirements type contract with minimum quantity of 0 pounds and maximum quantity of 561,290. Delivery is required within 30 days after issuance of delivery order. FOB destination, McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester OK. Approximate issue date for this solicitation is 21 November 2003 with closing date 30 days from is sue. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD will be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR).
