- Description
- The National Naval Medical Center, (NNMC), Bethesda, MD intends to award a sole source procurement to Rockingham Memorial Hospital for various radiology services. The requirement is for the Branch Medical Clinic, Sugar Grove, WV. This procurement will enable the Clinic to continue with timely radiology services which will ensure patient continuity of care and uninterrupted treatment. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures(SAP) "See Note 22"
