- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Hanger, Forward Subassembly, drawing number: 693AS10804, Quantity 321 each. This requirement is sole sourced to Cliffdale Manufacturing Co., 20409 Prairie St., Chatsworth, CA 91311 due to proprietary rights and unique qualifications. Any firms believing that they can provide the Hanger, Forward Subassembly, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm?s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the data without causing programmatic hardship.
