- Description
- The U S Naval Academy (USNA) has a requirement for the following service. Clin 0001 26-NAV-DATA-TMI ? Shall pickup daily at post office box response mail data entry cards with up to 16 fields of data entered into specific programs. Cards are counted and stored by date ENTERED AND HELD FOR UP TO SEVEN (7) YEARS. Data is purged daily out of entry database and imported into Naval Academy database that is maintained by TMI. Must be checked for duplications and then tagged for printing labels, an estimate of 36,750 pieces to be mailed out. Clin 0002 ? 26-NAV-FOLD/STUFF ? mail preparation for addressing, folding, and stuffing envelope for an estimated 20,074. Clin 0003 ? 26 NAV-SHIP ? Postage for an estimate of 24,625. Clin 0004 ? 26 NAV-ANSWER ? Answering service fee for 365 days a year, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week (NO HOLIDAY FEE). Clin 0005 ? 26 NAV-TALK - Talk timer per minute measured in seconds per calls and rounded only at the end of the month, an estimate of 10,795 minutes. Clin 0006 ? 26 NAV-PATCH ? Calls made to call center that are specific call to someone in the Guidance or Admissions Office or to another department at the Naval Academy. Calls are then transferred (patched) at the callers? request/demand to the number at the Academy that can assist the caller. Path calls estimated on 1 call per month.
