Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity (VaCA) on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency intends to award a sole source contract for counter-terrorism training to Ms. Ann F. Howard in support of the Agency's Joint Military Intelligence Training Center (JMITC). The contract will provide training for entry-level, mid-career, and senior-level analysts and managers throughout the DoD and the broader intelligence and law enforcement communities. All interested parties have 15 days from the publication date of this annoucement to submit a statement of qualifications/capabilities. All responses should reference control no. 240-0007Z-04. This requirement is restricted to small business participation only. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations/proposals. Information submitted is solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct the planned procurement on a full and open competitive basis. Any response to this notice MUST show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Response should be submitted via e-mail to mike.patrom@dia.mil or facsimile (202) 231-3368. Vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award of a contract with this Agency. A determination by the Virginia Contracting Activity not to compete this planned procurement on a full and open competitive basis is solely within the discretion of the Virginia Contracting Activity.
