Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantity. Approved source is Honeywell (70210), Honeywell (07217) part no. 627238-3-1. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. This is an unrestricted procurement. Unit of issue is EACH. Any alternate bids must provide a complete data package for evaluation with bid; Increments solicited 1-249. Delivery is April 2004 or sooner. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
