- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Although this is a combined synopsis/solicitation, please refer to the hard copy solicitation available on the Gateway at http://progate.dla.mil/. You must submit your proposal on the hard copy solicitaiton. From the Gateway homepage, left-hand sidebar, select ?Search RFPs.? Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation issue date is 11/3/2003. Closing Date is 12/3/2003. The solicitation SP0450-04-R-0684 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP)for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year and four one-year option periods. FOB Destination/Inspection & Acceptance Destination. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items applies and evaluation of offers will be in accordance with Section M of the solicitaiton. Include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with the offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. A copy of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Hazardous Warning Labels, and EPA Registation should be submitted with the offer. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.
