- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 1620-01-166-3205, LTC03275014770, Cone, Split Axel in accordance with Messier-Dowty LTD. Cage: K0654, P/N 200887640. No other sources are listed in the item description. This requirement for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four (4) option years. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does have an unrestricted Technical Data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. To obtain a copy, submit a request to DSCR via Internet the address is http://www.dscr.mil/tdmd (all lower case please). Proposals will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (333 each for the base year and 76 each for the four option years. Award will be based upon a combination of delivery, price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation with delivery and price being more important. FOB at Origin; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway. The anticipated issue date of this solicitation is November 13, 2003. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies with price and delivery being equal.
