- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Although this is a combined synopsis/solicitation, please refer to the hard copy solicitation available on the Gateway at http://progate.dla.mil/. You must submit your proposal on the hard copy solicitation. From the Gateway homepage, left-hand sidebar, select ?Search RFPs.? Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation issue date is 11/3/2003. Closing Date is 12/3/2003. The solicitation SP0450-04-R-0689 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year and four one-year option periods. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAR. This procurement is unrestricted. Stock delivery to SRG Richmond VA and AQ5 Tracy CA will be FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Direct Vendor Delivery (DVD) to anywhere in the Contiental US will be FOB Origin with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. QAP 251 applies. Pricing will be for DVD and Stock Lines. NSN 3740-01-463-0147 Base Year Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) Stock to SRG (Richmond VA) is 16 each; Stock to AQ5 (Tracy CA) is 15 each; DVD is 46 each. Option year EAD is Stock SRG 12 each; Stock AQ5 11 each; DVD 34 each. Delivery: 45 days Item Description: Sprayer and Duster, Pesticide, Manually Carried; Stihl Inc. Cage 9Z575 P/N Stihl ST 400 (42043-011-2603) Following Spare/Repart Parts shall be included along with Sprayer: Booster Pump Kit (4203-007-1026, Granular Spreader (4203-007-1013, Ultra Low Volume Nozzle (4203-007-1019), Cover Screw (4227-700-2300), Filter Cover (4203-140-1002), Paper Inner Filter (4203-141-0300), Felt Outer Filter (4203-141-0310), Fuel Cap Complete (4203-350-0502), Tank Seal Ring (4203-709-2000), Vent Insert (4203-703-5700), 1MM ULV Nozzle (4203-708-6301), 0.88 MM ULV Nozzle (4203-708-6302); 066M ULV Nozzle (4203-0708-6303), Bosch Spark Plug (1110-400-7005): Parts Breakdown (0452-351-1323) Unit Qty is 1 each. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items applies and evaluation of offers will be in accordance with Section M of the solicitation. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with the offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
