- The Huron-Manistee Forest located in Michigan is seeking interest and offers for the completion of a scenery management system (SMS) to meet minimum Forest Plan Revision SMS expectations and requirements. Work includes an inventory and development of scenic integrity objectives. Work must be completed no later than January 30, 2004. Estimated cost is between $10,000 and not to exceed $25,000.
