- Description
- A Sole Source Commercial contract is anticipated by the Augusta, VA Medical Center located at 1 Freedom Way, Augusta, GA 30904-6285. Any interested company must provide compelling evidense that they are capable of providing a "fully" autonomous hosptial grade floor scrubber with high capacity gel cell batteries, battery servicing cart, training and support for preventive maintenance. If the company is able to provide this information a solicitation package will be made available. Requests from companies not included in this solicitation must be made in writing by no later than October 31, 2003 (fax is acceptable (478) 274-5593).The Contractor shall furnish fully autonomous hospital grade floor cleaner, management, labor, transportation, pick-up and delivery services, tools, materials, vehicles, facilities and equipment required to perform in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract. Requests for offeror will only be accepted from responsible businesses currently engaged in this type of commerce. NAICS Code 423850 Size Standard 100 employees or smaller with the estimated project value being $100,000 to $250,000 over the course of purchase and two(2) one (1)year option to renew preventive maintenance agreement. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated.
