- The purpose of this notice is to revise the RFP release date for the Space Based Radar (SBR) Concept Development effort. The Government intends to release Request for Proposal No. FA8820-04-R-0001 between the 1st and 30th of November 2003 for the Space Based Radar (SBR) Concept Development effort. Proposals will be due 45 days later with an anticipated contract award date in April 04.
