Description

NA Work consists of providing Job Order Contracting (JOC) construction services for maintenance, repair and minor construction of facilities and structures at Fort Leonard Wood (Missouri), Lake Ozark Recreation Area (Missouri), and various US Army Reserve Cen ters and properties in Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska, for a one-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods. The contractor shall be required to provide all work, materials, supplies, parts, plant, supervision, labor, transportation, equipment a nd quality control to repair or construct real property facilities and/or structures. A single fixed price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract is contemplated. Actual work requirements will be fulfilled through the award of task orders subse quently identified. The estimated magnitude of any resultant contract (base plus 4 option periods) is between $10.0 million and $25.0 million. The NAICS code is 236220 with a size standard of $28.5 million. The anticipated date that all relevant solici tation documents will be available is 5 January 2004. Only written requests will be accepted.
