Description

NA NA The solicitation number for this effrot is hereby changed from DAAB07-03-R-G805 TO W15P7T-04-R-E001. For convienence the pre-solicitation notice, initially issued on July 15, 2003 is restated as follows: The government intends to award a Sole Source, Co st Plus Incentive Fee, with Fixed Price and T&M portions contract as a continuation of the Contractor Logistic Support (CLS) effort with Raytheon. This new contract will be for CLS maintenance, depot repair of EPLRS items, supply support, updating logistic al data, the procurement and implementation of retrofit kits (option), and the procurement of limited EPLRS Receiver-Transmitter quantities(option). The government conducted market research during Nov- De c 2002 and determined that Raytheon is the only sou rce that possesses the capability and knowledge required to satisfy the Government's requirements. This notice is not to be considered a request for offer/proposal from other sources. The US Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) has establish ed the Army Single Face to Industry (formally known as the IBOP)Website to allow electronic transmittal of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotes (RFQs) and Invitation for Bids (IFBs) from C ECOM to industry. All parties interested in doing busi ness with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive information from the BOP at (http://abop.monmouth.army.mil).
