- Description
- This acquisition is for an IMAGE Electronics Console, PN-98400059 series with associated software and Unit Under Test (UUT) test cables with a two year spare parts kit. The IMAGE Electronic Console is required to functionally test EA-6B stabilizer, rudder and lateral control servo cylinders at the intermediate level of maintenance. The Government intends to procure this under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 with AAI ACL Technologies as the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to provide the required items. Any interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within thirty days after the date of this posted synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is based upon responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
