Description: 1. Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment to sift up to 1400 cubic yards of soil at facility 1908 NAS Pensacola, FL Small Arms Range to remove/recycle all lead. Soil shall be removed from backstop, sifted with/through soil shaker and replaced at backstop, graded (steep) and finished smooth. Contractor shall be required to add up to 68 additional cubic yards of soil (loamy fill) to maintain slope, and add up to 1,000 square feet of sod (centipede) to help prevent soil erosion and run off. Contractor is responsible for the proper handling and disposal all lead off of NAS Pensacola, FL IAW Federal, State, and local regulations.
