- U.S. Government Wants to Lease Space in Dallas, TX 3TX0579 General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 36,522 usable square feet of fully serviced office and related space for the Department of Homeland Security in Las Colinas, Texas, for a 10-year term, 5 years firm. The space must conform to specific agency security requirements. All services, supplies and utilities will be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space must conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety and handicap accessibility. No asbestos containing fireproofing or insulation materials, whether friable or non-friable, will be permitted. All buildings are subject to asbestos and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB?s) inspection and testing procedures. Space must be available for occupancy no later than May 1, 2004. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building name and address 2. Owner, Property Manager or Owner?s Representative name, address and phone number 3. Total contiguous usable square feet available 4. Current rental rate This is an inquiry for available space only, not an invitation to bid.
