- US Attorney Savannah - As an alternative to seeking new space the government will negotiate with the lessor at the current location for approximately 29,957 rentable square feet of office space, storage area, 7 parking spaces, break room area, computer area, technology area, conference and training area. Delineated Area: The space must be locate in the Savannah, Georgia area, bounded within or fronting the following streets: North to St. Julian, West to Montgomery St., South to Liberty St., East to Habersham St.. Other considerations: Offerors should consider the costs for relocation, telecommunications and tenant improvements as well as the capability of providing alternate/backup power for the computer data center. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy: The space is required on or before May 27, 2004.
