- Copies of the Request For Proposal will be available on the website www.dscc.dla.mil after 17 Nov. 2003. After reaching the website, click on ?Doing Business with DSCC?. Next click on ?Business Opportunities? and then ?Electronic Supply Partnership Initiative?. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Proposed procurement is for 1 year with (2) 12-month options to extend the contract. Options are 100% Options for Increased Quantity for 460 NSNs in the family group of items within the Federal Supply Classes: 1240, 1285, 1440, 5895, 5905, 5910, 5915, 5920, 5925, 5930, 5935, 5945, 5950, 5955, 5961, 5962, 5965, 5985, 5999 and 6625. Solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. Specifications, plans or drawings are available for NSNs identified with AMSC codes of ?T? and ?G?. Other than Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources applies. Procurement is for stock replenishment. Unit of issue is identified per NSN, however, will be EACH in most cases. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, Surge and Sustainment support and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various increments solicited depending upon the NSN?s demand. Destinations may include any of the DSCC stock sites. Delivery schedule varies depending on the item. Delivery schedule and complete list of items are identified in the Schedule B Excel spreadsheet, also located on the referenced website.
