Description: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Services (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS) has a requirement for a Contractor to furnish, operate and maintain one helicopter and one pilot. This requirement is for support of predator control activities within the State of New Mexico. The helicopter/pilot must be available to provide services when needed upon 12 hours notice after snowstorms and upon 24 hours notice at other times. The requirement is for one base period of 12/1/03-9/30/04 and two one year option periods.
