- Description
- The U. S. Department of State intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with RG II Technologies, Inc., 1997 Annapolis Exchange Parkway, Suite 210, Annapolis, MD 21401 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for upgrade/enhancement and maintenance of web-based Mission Performance Plan and Bureau Performance Plan Systems and to provide expert database administration services. The proposed contract action is for software enhancement and services to be issued off the vendor?s GSA Federal Supply Schedule. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
