- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the following commercial items: Liquid Oxygen (1 Year) purchase order to be delivered to Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. Aviators breathing oxygen (ABL) Type II (99.5%) that must be conform to MIL-PRF-27210F, which can only be purchased from sources of supply whose product has been inspected and approved according to MIL-0-27210F & TECHNICAL Orders for copies of requirements and specifications, contact Mary Hoelscher, Buyer at 208-828-3118. Delivery within 72 Hrs after notification of award. Product shall be paid with a Government Wide Purchase Card (IMPAC). Tanks shall be 1 each, 2000 gallons (working PSIG 50 and relief PSIG 75), 1 each 5000 gallon (working PSIG 50 and relief PSIG 75) both tanks with burst disconnect on inner tank, blows at 85 PSI. The estimated yearly usage is 26,065 gallons. Please answer the following question when responding to this solicitation: How often do prices change in this industry? How far in advance can you project prices? (IE. 6 months, yearly?) What is minimum time to be notified concerning delivery? (Lead time; 24 hrs, 48 hrs, etc) This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F1CRCC32950200. All Statement of Need and Evaluation Factor requirements must be met as they appear in this notice. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-008 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. North American Industry Classification System 422690 applies to this Procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery to 366 CRS/CMR-F10CRC, 1045 Alpine Street, Suite 207, Mountain Home AFB, ID 83648.
