- NA The U.S. Army Garrison, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD has a requirement for the preparation of personal property of military members and civilian employees for movement or drayage and related services. The requirement is for domestic and international Direct Procurement Method shipments and local contract moves by motor van. It does not apply to domestic or international TGBL. Period of Performance is base year and 4 one-year options. The official release of the soliciation will be on or about November 12, 2003. It will posted on Army Single Face to Industry web site, https://acquisition.army.mil Once in the site, click on Contracting Opportunities Search, enter the soliciation number, then click on the solicitation to gain access. The on-line version of the solicitation will include all documents of the solicitation package. No hard copy of the solicitation will be issued. Amendment(s), if any, will be posted at the same location as the solicitation.
