Description

NA Red River Army Depot, 100 Main Dr, Texarkana, TX anticipates a requirement for the overhaul of a minimum of 50 automatic transmissions, up to a possible maximum 300 for the High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle, (HMMWV). The transmission is manufactur ed by AM General, NSN 2520-01-161-2136. The transmissions are to be rebuild to meet the OEM standards. Standards for the overhaul will also be included in the formal solicitation, which will be posted on the Red River Army Depot home page: HTTPS://www.redr iver.army.mil on or about 10 November 2003. This office will not provide Fax or email copies of the solicitation.
