- NA The purpose of this modification is to inform potential offerors of additional information pertaining to the Contractor Logistic Support (CLS) for Biological Detection Systems (BDS) Equipment acquisition. A DRAFT Statement of Objectives (SOO), dated 28 Oct 03, is posted to the TACOM-RI PROCNET Website at https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais.htm. To access the draft SOO, click on Solicitations & Information, click on Draft Solicitions/Specifications/ Scopes of Work, then click on the title CLS BDS Equipment. In ad dition to the draft SOO, there are 8 attachments. Interested parties are invited to review the SOO and provide suggestions/comments. All questions/comments shall be submitted in writing and directed to Dick Permantier, permantierr@ria.army.mil. The PrePro posal Conference for the CLS BDS Equipment will occur on 6 November 03 (one day only), in Edgewood, MD. Firms interested in attending should notify the POC below via email whereupon additional information will be provided. Due to limited space, only 3 per sons per firm may attend.
