- NA The objective of the Future Tactical Truck System (FTTS) Advanced Concept Technology Demonstration (ACTD) is to assess key technologies and emerging Operational and Sustainment Concepts in developing the requirement of an optimized distribution platform as well as the command and control platform for the Unit of Action. This notice serves two purposes. First, on or about 14 November 2003, a draft solicitation for industry review questions and comments will be released. Second, this is the announcement for the formal FTTS ACTD Request for Proposals (RFP), which will fol low the questions and comments period.
