- Description
- THIS IS A SOLE-SOURCE SUBCONTRACTING ANNOUNCEMENT. The Government intends to issue a contract to M. Kennedy Company, Incorporated, Lakewood, WA, under the 8(a) program and the procurement includes the requirement for a DDC System manufactured by Automated Logic Systems. The government does not anticipate adequate competition due to the DDC System being proprietary; therefore, a sole source award for the DDC System is anticipated. Any inquiries from firms that feel they would meet qualifications for the DDC System portion of this solicitation, are invited to respond to Ms. Rhonda Earney via rhonda.earney@navy.mil no later than 2:00pm (Eastern Standard Time) on Wednesday, 12 November 2003. The estimated construction range for the contract is between $3,703,495 and $4,114,994.
