Description

NAVFACENGCOM, Southern Division intends to issue a Request for Quotations for Heating and Air Conditioning Preventative Maintenance at the Armed Forces Reserve Center in Tallahassee, Florida. This procurement will use the methods prescribed in FAR Part 13(Simplified Acquisition Procurement). The NAICS Code is 238220 and the Size Standard is $12 million. The contract performance period will be for one base period, approximately December 8, 2003 through December 7, 2004, and will include four option years. The RFQ will be issued on or about November 12, 2003 and can be found on the Internet at http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. The entire RFQ will be available at the site for viewing or downloading. The proposed contract is unrestrictive. Quotes are due on or about November 24, 2003. The exact date will be stated in the RFQ.
