- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia, PA 19112 intends to acquire through Sole Source negotiations with J.M.Clipper a quantity of eight Shaft Shrouds. This procurement will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and DFAR Appendix E-DOD Spare Parts Breakout Program, in accordance with acquisi-tion method and suffix codes 3H, stating these items must be acquired through the OEM of record. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-aside. See Note 1 and 22
