- Solicitation GS06P04GXD0005, Lawn and Grounds Maintenance, Federal Buildings, Kansas City Metropolitan Area. This is a firm fixed price contract. Contract period is for one (1) year with four (4) one year options to Extend the Term of the Contract. The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any option(s), is not to exceed five (5) years. This solicitation is being offered for competition to all responsive, responsible Total Small Business Set-Aside Vendors. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730.
